Delete your BesideMe account

This page explains how to request deletion of your BesideMe account and associated data. BesideMe is an AI photo app for adults (18+), published by the BesideMe developer on Google Play.

How to request deletion

To delete your account and data, email us from the address associated with your account:

1. Send an email to dollmuse33@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my BesideMe account.
3. Send it from the same email you used to sign in (Google, Apple, or email), so we can verify the request.

We will process your request and permanently delete your account within 30 days, and email you to confirm once it is done.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account and sign-in identifiers (email, name, user ID).
• Your credit balance and credit history.
• Your saved dolls, outfits, and generated images stored in your account.
• Any uploaded reference, clothing, and background images associated with your account.

What may be retained

For legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting reasons, we may retain a limited record of purchase and transaction history for up to 7 years, as required by law. These records are not used to identify you for any other purpose and are deleted when no longer required.
